Functional structural nanocomposites with integrated self-healing ability

چکیده
The use of aeronautical thermosetting resins in the field structural materials is still limited because several drawbacks, such as absence electrical and thermal conductivity poor impact damage resistance. An important contribution for increasing composite application this can be given by implementing a strategy autonomous damage-repair other specific functions integrated into material structure. This work proposes successful based on design supramolecular self-healing systems. It aimed at developing self-healing, load-bearing structures with all functionalities single able to fulfill industrial requirements.
